• The content generated through these services is intended to provide a unique user experience and will be exclusively for the use of the brand on their social media pages. This content will not be shared on any personal Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok channels without the prior written consent of the brand.

• The brand reserves the right to edit, modify, or adapt the video content in any way deemed necessary without my approval or compensation to me after submission. Prior to content creation, the brand has the right to present a pitch, and I will comply accordingly.

• In the event that the brand is not satisfied with the edited content, they have the right to request a re-edit. However, please note that only two re-edits are allowed per video.

• If the brand decides to discard the content, I will not be held liable to re-shoot, and the full price for my time and services will still apply. To prevent this from happening, I strongly urge the brand to provide a comprehensive pitch with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
